Outstanding service! I was impressed by how fast it was. The delivery person found my place immediately. I expected a call for directions, as other delivery services usually do, but he was quick and knew exactly where to go. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Keep up the great work!

The app falsely advertises that you can order food for $1 from over 20 restaurants, but that’s simply not true. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it's really disappointing. The misleading claims waste time, and the app doesn’t deliver on its promises. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re expecting to find those $1 offers. This is not how marketing works!!!

Your app is basically a collection of tricks that you think are catch user engaging marketing that you got from here and there. There is no path for user acceptance by rewards good experience. Just catchy media that smell trap filling the page with no room to breath. Isn't eating what the user needs. Give him what he needs first. And the design of the interface is a product of your head. This won't work buddy 😅

Very poor application. Almost every time I place an order, they cancel it and call to inform me the restaurant is closed, even though the restaurant is still shown as available on the app. So unprofessional

I am extremely disappointed with Tikram. The app promises a 50% discount for first-time orders and various other offers, but none of them are actually accessible. Despite numerous attempts to use these offers (over ten tries for the 50% discount alone), I was never able to benefit from any of them. This app seems to be full of fake promotions designed to lure users in without delivering on any of its promises. I feel misled and frustrated. Avoid this app if you value your time and money.

You're only allowed to buy 1 of each item, so if you're a family of 5 wanting to order the same meal you're supposed to pay 5 delivery fees from 5 different accounts on 5 different devices(that's what they said as well). Restaurants always busy, app is a waste of time

Stopped delivering to my location but if i change it to like 200 meters away then they are suddenly delivering

The UI is bad. Constant errors. The restaurants appear closed or busy even though they aren't (I was in one while trying the app) and you can't order if it shows busy. It doesn't have the area in which I work at. I keep getting sql errors too whenever I login or out.
