An account using my phone number was made in the last month when i got a recent upgrade is what I'm thinking because the plan I'm on got charged an additional $7.99, and the same happened with the other person who got an upgrade recently. I don't use this and haven't used this app since I first got an android phone 10 years ago, and got charged $3.99 then for using it. So for both of us to get charged for an app, neither of us uses or has used on the new phones, is more than a little shady.

I would like audible directions sooner and later. Show specific routes on shorter busier sections. More directional signals and audible lane guidance and lane changes. Screens the size of tablets. Maps that stay visible even when touched. Maybe a code word to change if needed. Tell upcoming gas or needed items, oil etc.

Two different female voices talking over each other and giving contradictory directions. One says turn right, the other says turn left. Most horrible, pathetic excuse for navigation EVER. I was in a free month trial, and I called the number to cancel. Guy didn't speak English worth a flip. I have no idea if it's canceled or not.

You sneaked this app subscription in and when I called US cellular to cancel they claimed it was impossible. I talked to Google, they said it was impossible, I went over my subscriptions, nothing there. Soo, for a long time, well over a year I had no way of getting this payment off my bill. I found it hilarious because help points me to US cellular customer service. you have stolen a decent chunk of cash from me($400+) Today I finally fat fingered a hidden link that allowed me to cancel. Crooks!

They trick unsuspecting people into subscribing for premium version no better than any other free app. Then there is no way to cancel. If you have this on your phone delete it before you get your wallet drained.

I just finally opened up this app after 2 months with my new phone because Google Maps blows this out of the water and it's free also. you have to download the map for offline use and you have to download 1/3 of the country all at once! What a waste!

I would rate this application zero. This application has stolen money from me for over one year, maybe more. Since I purchased my newest phone. I have been fighting with my cell phone company due to the fact that I never gave consent to this application and it has been a nightmare to cancel $8.00 per month. Today they have placed a request for cancelation and will reimburse me for 2 months. I am on the breaking point to notify a legal department.

really mad. I was charged 7.99 for this and it is not even on my phone!!! Not listed in my subscriptions, either. How do I get this refunded???? Update 11/19/19 Still getting charged and don't have this app! Not in subscriptions!! Tried to download to see if I could cancel and won't even text the code. I am furious.
