I'm a USA expat living in Australia, and this service honestly changed my life. It's fantastic being able to keep my old number for so cheap, while still using it to call and text just like before. One thing I'd like to see added is an option for copying the text of past SMS. General improvements to SMS would also be appreciated - for example copying, pasting, and scrubbing within the current message while typing an SMS on your Android app is pretty glitchy at the moment.

The service does what it says on the box. I use it for voicemail, outdial, and receiving SMS and it all works fine with a single virtual number. The app is underwhelming, with an interface that feels slow and clunky despite it not doing very much, e.g. the virtual number settings is just a webpage wrapped in the app, which makes navigating some settings worse. There's not much to say about the app other than it gives you notifications for SMS/voicemail, and it makes outdial a little easier.

Great service The app is okay but could definitely be made more user friendly. Click areas are often too small to consistently hit, opening a notification for a SMS takes me to the app home screen instead of the message itself. Great first effort but probably needs finishing touches to be worth the 5 stars that the service as a whole deserves

It definitely works, most of the time. The UI is definitely outdated and there are inconsistencies with receiving messages from some short-sms numbers, but largely it can send and receive calls and texts. I have yet to encounter a scenario that the app can't handle, but some user ingenuity is occasionally necessary.

It has everything I need. The app is quite simple and bare-bones, but it let's me keep my existing phone number and make and receive calls and texts (no images or group chats, though). It's been crucial since I moved from the US to Mexico

I moved abroad and this app allows me to keep my home country number to keep in contact with relatives who don't use social media, as well as being useful for managing accounts still open in my home country and if anything goes wrong I have a way to contact organi within said country. Its simple to use and is worth the price

Unresponsive to port out request. After using the app/service a couple days, I realized it would not be a suitable solution for my US business number (lacking MMS and attachment support), but I intended to keep the service for my US personal number while overseas. I sent a request 3 days ago for the needed port-out information so that I could transfer my business number to a new service. I have yet to receive anything beyond the automated "your ticket has been created" email. Quite disappointing

The app adds a lot of value to an already great service. SMS is so easy to manage, I can make quick outbound calls to anyone including my contacts, and I can listen to my Voicemails and call or text people back right from there. I use the app daily now!
