App was awesome could do everything I needed on it, then recently app stopped loading for me. I deleted the app then reinstalled it but still the same issue. Even restarted my phone checked for updates on my phone etc but it the app. Very disappointed as I have neurodiverse kids and it's the only way I can request for a repeat scripts for them.

Many test results are missing and only has results from 2019. Unable to download or even view the test results that are showing. Support is unresponse, seems like this has been an on-going problem for many months based on other reviews. Unfortunately will need to move doctors since the Tend app is unable to provide basic functionality.

app absolutely sucks. super confusing to navigate around and can't see any previous notes that were made, only test results. can't see BMI,HEIGHT,WEIGHT. app is completely useless and should go back to the old app.

Keeps freezing and doesn't load so annoying I've installed Gboard like they said issues remain the same after using Gboard once. The customer service is great once you get in there it's just the app itself.

Appallingly difficult to get a hold of on the phone, constantly make mistakes and have to be chased up. A very sharp decline in service since Tend took over.

I don't think the app is friendly with the patient. And it is annoying that the staff keep sending you to the app. when it doesn't seem to work at it's full potential yet.

This app is very annoying. It doesn't clear the invoice that's already been paid, which makes it hard to order a prescription and make an appointment with a doctor. Keeps doing this everytime.

everything must be done through the app. enrolling and messages can only be through the app. calling wont work
