I love this app. I have had a few issues, but I feel like it was more to do with the prison. Not text behind. For the most part, my loved one gets his letters and pictures the day after I send them. And the few problems i did have, text behind was so fast to help me out. It really is a great app to help keep in contact with your loved one. Highly recommended!!!

Super easy to figure out, very helpful, and when there is a problem like a loved one not getting what you sent TextBehind will resend your order free of charge. I would recommend this app to everyone it makes your loved one's time incarcerated a lot more bearable with reminders from home whether it's pictures, letters, or cards. The prison mail system is very slow and this app cuts down delivery time by 50%.

Perfect, suits its purpose! Credits from the deals go a LONG way. I can send a 5000 character message and 4 pictures for 1 credit. I bought 15 credits for like $11. It's super easy to use and is usually delivered the next day to my loved one. No issues and will continue to use and recommend. A wonderful service! Customer service is also kind and usually responds the next day.

I started reading all the reviews that were negative, people claiming it's a scam or takes months, etc etc... First off, I've used this app several times to send letters and pics without any issues.... As far as timing, you need to read the fine print because the app is only responsible for getting the messages to the facility where your Inmate is. Then it's up to the facility to get it to the Inmate, so before bashing the app, you might wanna check into the prison's mail room.

This is the most affordable,fast delivery, prompt and easiest app to use. I give you a 10 stars all around. You can write a text up to 2 pages and send 4 pics or a video all for $1.29 = to 1 credit. It's fast and prompt delivery and the inmate can write back and all they pay for is the stamp. Cause we have already paid in advance. I love this service. I don't have to wait on the mailman. My letters come directly into my app and I receive an email notification when it's processed or received. 💯✔

They are good at answering your questions. My husband gets his mail in less time with the app than through the mail. Would be nice to write a handwritten letter and be able to upload it to the app. Handwritten is a little more personal then typing one. But if you mail a letter you can see when they received it cuz it get scanned into your app also.

This is an amazing app to have to stay connected with your loved one who are incarcerated. It's easy to use and very convenient for those who are on the go or constantly working! Textbehind has ways for small children to stay connected with their parents or love ones as well, it's not just for adults this app is overall the best way to communicate and be there for the ones you love that are away! I highly recommend it to anyone deal with the struggle of losing their loved ones to the system!
