Text In Church has been a huge help for our smaller congregation. We've used it extensively for communication within the church, but especially for outreach. They've got great automation so you can set up systems in advance. On top of that TIC has fantastic customer service and tons tools to help you easily get started. If your church is looking to communicate more effectively and reach more people, I highly recommend giving Text In Church a try!

Text in Church made what I already do easier. I noticed I was sending the same messages to people every week, and getting good results, but Text in Church automated much of what I do. It saves me so much time! It is automated where needed and personal when needed. Our follow-up went from good to great with a few mouse clicks and a small learning curve. This mobile app is solid. More often than not the app version of various products like this are a bare bones "just get by until I can get back in front of a computer." This app has all the features! I have found very little if anything that I can't do in the app that I can do online. The more I learn, the more I love both the platform and the app!

This solution has been super useful for our church! Our church has been using Text in Church for about a year now. Unfortunately, the app doesn't work quite as well as the desktop application; running slowly and even crashing if trying to text messages or emails of more than forty characters. I generally only use the phone app for emergencies or sending out quick replies, rather than composing emails or mass texts. All the same it is very useful for keeping in touch with visitors and members.

Like it on every level including phone. The one thing I just wish they would allow incorporating emojis. If you get some text dialed into it and then add an emoji it then it deletes the text in partiality. Hands down I would refer the product and the emoji would get the final star. It really only warrants 1/4 star cut off but the starring system doesn't allow for that. Use this product please

Although overall I find this app useful and handy (even for our predominantly "older" members), it's difficult to send any text more than a few words long. Our non-tech savvy pastor just can't seem to get the hang of it and tries to send mini sermons. Lol. (The struggle is real - getting folks into the 21st century!)

service is fantastic although we're still learning all of the great features. the only downside, so far, has been that the app logs me out constantly so I don't get notifications on my phone

I've been a member of TIC since October 2022. It is the best church investment I could make. Everyone loves getting text and emails from the church, and we are seeing how the follow-up feature is impacting our church. Once you start using it you'll find many many many others ways to improve church communication.
A Google user
I downloaded this app after customer support directed me to because the mobile web version of Text in Church messaging broke recently with their new UI update. I download and open the app and I'm greeted with a loading screen that has the logo clipping way out of view and then the app crashes immediately. This happens eveytime i try and open the app. Really disappointed with Text in Church as of late.
