Great food except the potato salad but there's is one worker there that seemed kind of rude and acted like he didn't want to help me. This was at 8th avenue Melrose location. It makes me wanna go to the downtown location, those girls are really nice!

I came to Hattie B's for the free four piece free offer 12.1.21. There was a line. I was told you had to install the app. I did not know how to do so. I asked the people ahead of me could I get some help. They agreed. A man tried to help me, and also the man at the order mic, M. KOVEL(sp) was so helpful. AND kind, and moved the line along! We got me installed, and the 4 very good medium hot tenders and black eyes pea salad and waffles were EXCELLENT!!! Thank you Mr. Wifi Man and Mr. M K ❤️ 😊
