App works for the most part but 4 hours into your shift, it begins to glitch bad. When you're taking photos for your report. It'll shoot you out and start you all over. You have to take a picture and then save it. Then press edit to go back in and take your 2nd photo etc. Also you need to go to app settings and clear the cache. Usually 2-3 times a shift. It's very frustrating. Especially if you're writing a report and it decides to glitch. You must save every so often.

Constant crashes and freezing multiple times a hour. Doesn't run smooth since I've started using it for over a month now. Updating doesn't fix it. Needs to be fixed making my job harder than it needs to. I have more issues with the app than anything else at work when I need to close out and re open every couple of scans.

This past week has been the worst experience I ever had with this app. (Only used it for a couple months with this new job) I cannot get through writing a whole report before it freezes then have to force it to stop. Been having to write my report in a memo and copy and paste just to complete a report. I use this app all day everyday for work and it's making my life HELL. Please update and fix this

Crashes every week, doesn't work well while other apps are open and constantly uninstalling to fix. Even after the update, crashes in dashboard. Great support, awful product.

Constantly freezing app is updated to the latest version. Nothing like typing an entire incident report then losing all progress.

Our security job relies on "statuses" but the genuious behind therms do not have a plain red-unavailable or any way to indicate that we are not available when we are on another job or not on call for the company when using therms. Just one simple change. It favors the management to know who is and who is not available.

This app occasionally crashes and requires you to constantly uninstall and then reinstall just for it to work correctly. This app needs serious attention.

This app keeps crashing when I take a photo using the app and then logs me out also please include biometric log in since your app forces logs me out every time I try to take a photo with the app.
