On Android the up try to resynchronize every time I put it in background even if I enable display over other apps and disable pause app if inactive, On IOS it is working perfect even if I put it in background... 2nd issue is that the up sometimes don't connect to cloud. 3rd issue is that the app starts refreshing connection even on wifi. Then I would give 5 if these issues are fixed..
