Purely from a UI perspective. I didn't buy any tickets. I like how many small niche events there are. There are some issues with the functionality of some basic features. Such as the location search bar. I typed in my city and after selecting it the app defaulted back to San Francisco for some reason it took 4 tries to finally have it function. After the third try I allowed GPS location finding. That didn't work either. There is no search bar to look for a specific event.

App would not let me save banking info so that I can selly ticket. Everything time I would click save a loading spinner would show up for a second and nothing would be saved. Giving it a 1 star because the only reason I installed the app was to sell my ticket and I could not do that. I don't know if the save was failing due to an error because I error or any sort of communication was provided.

Great app guys but can you please do something about the login flow. I'm unable to sign in with Google due to an error (cannot find a matching credential) so I'm forced to continue with a code which is fair enough but I'm logged out of the app like 4 times per day so basically my inbox is full of TicketSwap verification codes which just seems unnecessary. I'd also recommend adding a bug or feature request in the app. Happy to change to 5 stars once this issue is resolved.

App is great, I love it.. but get a problem and it's incredibly frustrating. There is a phone number but that's never answered. As for the bot, that's also frustrating if your problem isn't listed. You just end up in an endless loop. I still have a problem and time is running out.

Always says misgaan try later when I click koop. Both on app and browser. My account was stuck even after deleting and recreating my account, suggesting that my data wasn't actually deleted. EDIT: they helped me solve this. They have great customer service.

Not sure who thought about the raffles but it just made much harder to get a ticket. Before if you are motivated you stayed on the phone trying to get tickets and eventually you will get them. Now with the raffle system is completely random and for more you try the chances of you getting a ticket are 1 in the amount of people joining the raffle. I understand why you did it but what does it improve? maybe reduce the bots, for me its a badly thought feature that punishes the really motivated users

There is always about 20% chance that you will not get into the raffle because the app won't let you in. The support will always tell you that there are no errors on their side and that you need to update the app even though it's already updated. They also tell you to keep refreshing if you didn't win the raffle because winner might not actually buy the ticket but then they block you for making too many requests. Just a bad service and a bad company with the worst support there is.

I've never had problems with ticketswap, but this last time I was trying to sell a ticket, and the said that the ticket was not valid!!! The ticket was a pdf directly downloaded from the email received by the provider!!! It's so frustrating because of ticketswap. All the help they could give was "make sure you're uploading the correct ticket". Useless.
