If you people havent fixed the problems in four years, then you never will. Use the first app (if it still works), not this one. I keep having to recreate logins every few months, it disconnects while the phone is charging, it displays more hours worked than is available during the day or erases hours worked. THIS APP CAN BE USED FRAUDULENTLY. If your emplyer uses this app, be wary and take pictures of the pc version to protect yourself. It can be used to wipe away all worked hours

Sometimes will display random hours "worked today" when I haven't even touched the app for days, interface is clunky, will randomly stop recording sometimes. I really wish there was a simple way to look at my total hours for the month but even the full program only lets you see a week at a time. The whole experience is frustrating. If this wasn't the required time tracking app at my job I wouldn't even use it.

Doesn't stay active in the background. It could at least track the work time and notify the user if the tracking stops instead of quietly closing due to lack of memory. TD2 desperately needs a HELP/FAQ section with guides on how to make this app usable. And no, I will not reach out to your support: that'd be a ridiculous waste of time for all parties

The desktop app works fine but for some reason, when I work on my phone and turn this one - the total hours worked during the day don't sync with each other. So the desktop shows less time worked as compared to the phone app - it's weird and I think I will uninstall my phone app in that case.

will not even start, when logged in it did not even tell me I was logged in, closed the app and the restarted to find that I was logged in, gave me a screen to choose an account but clicking on the account does nothing. Tried the Linux counterpart but it says it only works on Ubuntu and reports lots of crashes on my machine running Arch with no indication on how I can fix it. The web version also won't let me "Start time" or "End time" as they're greyed out. Horrible software.

The app has the basic functionality which can actually be tracked using any Stopwatch app. Data sync sometimes lags. Less rating is for the fact that the app does more to causing anxiety and mistrust than anything else in the companies that use it.

Poor developers. Desktops app always show my time as neutral when I use Skype on Mac, unnecessary arguments happen in team due to these issues. You have made the life of software developers really hell, a lot of time gets wasted, forget about productivity. Your mobile app is world's most stripped app ever, even my 2 year old can count the app's total features on his finger tips 1, 2 & 3 and that's all.

Where prime objective is to increase productivity of employees, this app is unmatchable. It gives an employer a power to encourage employees to improve and to apply their time in a structured way towards profits. Focus is not on calculating time. The focus is on encouraging and increasing productivity of employees by making their time accountable. I would recommend this app to my friends.
