I tried to order from 2 different restaurants and in both cases it gave me error messages saying "pickup unavailable" even though it's 5:30 pm and the restaurant in both cases is open until 8:00. Then, when trying to delete my account, basically you can't because the apps instructions on how to do it mislead you, and the option is not even there. I'll just sign out and uninstall the app.

Okay, done with this app, moving all my custom to places with their own apps, and letting the old places know this app is why I'm leaving. App is confusing to use, and impossible to contact anyone for help. Tired of all my rewards everywhere going to a random stranger who a few years ago used to have my phone number. No customer or tech support at all, no replies to contact attempts.

Doesn't give pickup ready texts - otherwise ok. One of my local restaurants does its purchasing through toasttab from their website. Almost all of their businesses pick up only, and they send you a text message when your order is ready to pick up. But this app does NOT notify you, so if you use this app instead of their website, you never know when to pick up

Generally speaking, I have enjoyed this app since the early days of the pandemic. Since being in Orlando airport eight months ago, Toast still thinks I am in Orlando. I either have to choose from the small list of last few restaurants I've ordered from or use the website. I have logged out/in, updated, reinstalled and the issue continues. Can't find Contact Us to reach out, so I will call absence of customer service as bad customer service.

Works...when it works. The app worked well when I first started using it, but now the location will not update and the search does absolutely nothing. I like the rewards but if the app can't update info it kinda useless. I have all permissions allowed for this app and also the latest version of the app and phone software. But I'm sure those will be the first suggestions I get. Hopefully I will be able to use it again someday.

App just spent my money. I use this at home for a restaurant there. I'm currently traveling, and ordered takeout through the app. It said I had another item in my cart from a restaurant back home. When I clicked on the cart it *processed my order*. No confirmation request. No "order now" option. I was just trying to see what the heck it thought was in my cart, and it sent the order. Looked up how to cancel - there's no way to cancel through the app, you have to call the establishment to fix it.

I've never used this before and at a restaurant I've never been to. I'm terribly sick and needed something good to eat. I was trying to include delivery instructions and when I tried to enter to the next line instead of the cursor moving the whole order was sent through without first confirming. I didn't finish the delivery instructions. Now I'm just full of regret. Is some poor driver not getting tip? No way to fix this. Now I just look like a jerk.

This is one of the better food apps I've used. The only thing to be careful of, though, is the pickup time. It's easy to forget to set a certain time for pickup due to that option being at the top of the app rather than at the order confirmation part. Overall, it is a fantastic app!
