New Update Needs to be Fixed! The app was working great before. The cook now option is not working. I was on the phone for over an hour with customer service, and they don't know why. The customer service person was very nice, though. When I'm using the app, the Probe temp, you can only see the first digit of the temp.

Can't even see grill temp or time left correctly now, 4-19. Anyone having this issue, may resolve if Uninstalled/Reinstalled. Needs a way to categorize and restore recipes, as well as a way to open recipes and keep them up, ie open in a web browser. Last but not least, there's no way to share your grill between accts so 2 people cannot monitor a cook on different devices. Needs that feature ASAP.

This app has worked great for me on the new Ironwood. One thing that really helped was to add a range extender to my Wi-Fi so the grill always has a strong signal so I can monitor and change settings while away from home. Nice to have the super smoke and the keep warm (160°) functions. Clean out is super easy. One suggestion is to have a temp graph so that you can visually see when briskets and other meats enter the stall point. I use my Meater probe specifically for the temp graph.

This application is great if you have an iPhone. I seriously would would consider a different grill if you are using an Android. Treager does a poor job updating the application for Android phones. Temperature readings don't fit in a specified area. You have to restart the app to get current readings. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I just think they could put a little more effort making the app work with Android phones.

This is the most convenient smoker grill to use, and the results are very consistent. it is very easy to clean and maintain. I am extremely pleased with this company and their products and the seasonings they sell. I use this grill a couple of times a week because it is so set it and forget it, and the convenient traeger app on my phone keeps me informed and up to date on the current cook I am doing.

absolute trash, will not connect to WiFi. my router is 6 feet away and any other device is totally fine. grill is great but not having the app to monitor is a bummer and there is no way to get it to work. it also locks up all the time when trying to get it to work.

From 5 stars to 3 to 1. Slowly became useless over time. Now barely functions as a means of shutting down remotely but all. Other functions just fail. Doesn't play audible tones when reaching temp regardless of the phone's sound and ringer settings. Even with the app open and running it doesn't update and randomly hangs until you close and reopen it to see the temp suddenly update. So many meals ruined.

Traeger, please address these issues. As of right now, the app is trash. Doesn't give alarm when pellets are low, doesn't show accurate temperature compared to the grill, timer closes itself out and resets, can't name the dang grill, logs you out randomly, has to be opened and closed to re-sync with the grill... the whole selling point was to manage a low, slow cook while at work or something, but no way I'd trust this app. I really hope they fix it.
