This app has so many great features. The recipes are amazing. The workouts are fun and effective. There are even challenges you can participate in. I almost feel guilty as all of the above is free. This is the best app I've found so far. The shakes they sell are quite tasty and filling. They completely rival the protein shakes I was purchasing from gnc in quality, taste and price. Definitely something I would recommend 😁

I like the free content but I absolutely hate that the videos won't go to full screen. I don't love that most of the recipes include their brand meal replacement but it's fair. I can swap out if I choose. I think these work outs for free and fresh and interesting. I LOVE that the trainers explain why and how the move is done so we do it correctly.

I've only done 2 days so far. I got it because it's free. But, on the home screen there's (what looks like, should be) a button that says "28 Day - Start Here." I thought it was a button & it would take me to the start of the program - but, it doesn't. However, going to the calendar tab, takes me to the tips, recipes & workouts, so its all good. At any rate - I didn't think I would, but I do actually feel the Day 1 workout. So, I'll complete the 28 days. "So far, so good."

Just on my 3rd day of 28 days. This is the most comfortable workout for beginners like me. Not difficult and I can do as much or as little according to my ability. I'm sure I will get better. I love the swap meals part as the recipes are easy and not difficult. I can add or take away ingredients as I like. But I really like the selection. The best I've seen on any program I've tried. I really hope I can show significant progress and get rid of the drugs I've been told to take.

The TransformHQ at home is a great app. However, it is not designed for the older adult. I'm 70, and squats, jumps, full-body pushups, and burpees are beyond my current abilities. Even their modifications are too fast and difficult. If you are younger and fit, you'd probably be bored.

Love this app that gives u everything u need to know at your finger tips and doesn't cost anything! Always was looking for a exercise that didn't cost anything to go further then just 5 routines w/out costing anything cuz same routine gets boring and usually I end up leaving it. Thank u!

It keeps telling me error when I try to sign in. I already have an existing account with Transform "Chris," and Heidi's app says you can use your existing credentials,but instead, I get an error message. Can someone help, please?

This app is so easy to follow and has tons of great workouts, recipes and tips for losing weight. I'm surprised by how easy it is to follow along with everyday and I've found myself looking forward to the workouts which never happens. Lol.
