I am impressed with how quick my issue was resolved by tech support. I had purchased this app and bought the all access pack and was charged twice for it but couldn't access it most times and the app was very buggy. Apparently it was a problem somewhere when I purchased it and it showed canceled on the Google side. I've been refunded both charges and have once more purchased the all access pack. Everything seems to be working fine now.

Changed rating from 1 to 4 stars after getting great customer support. App would not load hardly anything but signing out and back in fixed it (at least for now). There customer service is very helpful and very responsive, they replied over a holiday weekend.

Won't load, at all. I received an error message to clear cache because the app had a bug. Still doesn't work. :(

You are putting a price on human life. If you are genuinely trying to save someone's life, you shouldn't limit access to specific life-saving topics. You should make it free and introduce a donate button. One day, you (creators) will need a life-saving intervention, and the person could have saved you, would not know how to help you because you prevented him/her from learning.
