Its a great app with multiple features to track in one go

Not a great app. Unable to track progress or calories burnt as the app is not compatible with my phone or my fitbit. The customer service was good though as I had a reply very quickly but it didn't solve my problem. The layout of the app is poor and it is difficult to find specific workouts. It is a shame because it has potential to be so much better. Once my subscription expires I will not be renewing.

Cant cancel my subscription. I have sent an email to tru connect to get an email from Margaret providing me instructions on how to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately I have tried yo follow these and my phone dies not have these options, subscriptions not found in settings or Google play store. I loved using the app during lockdown but now have a gym membership. Please could you help and cancel my subscription before I change my mind about the app. Slso I never used it on my phone only my TV.

The FAQ section on the website states "You can enjoy viewing your content on iOS, Android, PC and Mac device via popular web browsers, such as Chrome and Safari." I would REALLY like to use it via Chrome, or via my TV using an Amazon Firestick, but cannot seem to find a way to do so. Trying to use my phone is not ideal as I can barely see the workouts on the screen. Is there a way to access it via e.g. my laptop? Ability to do so will have a positive impact on the review as well as making it more likely that I'll keep up the subscription as it's quite pricey for what I really need.

The app is a good way to get a hour workout when ever and wherever. Hotel room, vacation trip over to your mother's. It's flexible where a gym isn't flexible. I'm also enjoying the fact of the variety of videos they have. I did a Martial Arts Program within the app featuring GSP, I'd say it's very knowledgeable and detailed. It's also for any body type making performing these moves rewarding. It makes it's customers comfortable by telling them to do it at there own pace but not to give up!

Bloody awful. Doesn't log you in properly. Constantly asks you to sign up to a programme you have already paid for and customer service is less than useless. After 5 years of using TV fit without a problem, I am seriously considering cancelling my membership. Bring back the old app/online website

Fantastic app, really great for planning and monitoring my workouts. The body scan function is quite a nice touch for an app of this sort and it was surprisingly accurate after a couple of scans. Would recommend!

At last a fitness app that has everything I need in one place, from the preloaded celebrity endorsed workouts, logging your walks/runs/workouts to managing mental wellness. TRUCONNECT by TV.FIT has it all. Loving the social interactions/leaderboard to keep me motivated and competitive with work colleagues and friends. Great visually and easy to use, even going to the gym I am able to log each workout set as I go. Fitness for kids to great grandparents, even the dog can join in. Love it!!!!!!
