There should.be a way to.activate my free play from the app as well as the ability to change my pin number. That would make life a whole lot easier and would avoid having to wait in line at the rewards counter. What I do like about the new app is being able to book my hotel reservations quick and easy...it's a huge improvement.

liked it more when you could win free play, through the games that were free...years ago, during football season, the promotional deals. The ones where you would compete against the other customers at the location you choosefor your" home tavern." I won $100 or $500 in free play one time back in 2017 from that stuff. Went directly on my card at the time. Awesome, but not for a long time now!

Once I start the app, it goes to the splash screen then states that my phone doesn't have the proper security to run the app. What the hell does that mean?? Any help would be appreciated. I'm not new to phones, I've used Android phones since they came out. I've worked with 100's of apps. First time I've seen this.

I really like Arizona Charlie's Boulder casino, but since they've changed the machines the percentages it's harder to win on the slot machines, and if you miss a day they drop your free play down at least $5. They don't have as many perks as they used to have, the entertainment there is good the food is fair, even though my chances of winning are slight now I will continue to play there.

Love using the True Rewards app I go to Gold Town most often or Pahrump Nugget so really those are the only 2 I'm interested in. With this I get to see my point especially if I've forgotten my card I can still earn point while playing. It's great to have on my phone.

For some reason, I'm unable to connect to Aquarius on the app. About 80% of the time, it says unable to connect to the server. Edgewater is not a problem, but I'm not at all interested in that dump.

I love this app! This is one of the smartest ideas yet! All casinos need to have this for their player's club cards. It's easy to use & very convenient to use cardless.

Like it but not all the bartenders working should be a little less judgemental of people and profile their own attitude instead of the customers. Most likely there going to be tipped very generously personally speaking as long as the customer service is there. Most of the staff at any of these places have been cool and some very few individual workers need to maybe give that new face or irregular customer a chance at showing himself a good comfortable experience.
