The app now and then crashes on my cheap tablet and it takes forever to connect and for some reason SD seems to crash more than HD instead of the opposite. 🤔 If only it consistently worked, then it would actually be a pretty decent app.

Very Average every time you want to adjust the camera angle the app crashes. And now comes up with Network error. 360eyes app beats this app without even trying.

Everything was perfect until a few days ago that I am not able to connect from the phone, I get a "connection fail" message. I hope it was a solution because it was great

Probably one of the worst surveillance camera apps I have used. Takes too long to load, making it redundant to check motion sensor alarm.. You're talking 15+ seconds to get into the app, then it has to load the camera feed on top of that. The UI is atrocious and unresponsive..There are zero user customisation settings. The app also needs to restart every time you leave the app for more than 3 minutes. I would not waste my time, energy or effort on this severely un-optimised, broken garbage..

The app states that my devices are offline, despite the fact that I can still view, record, etc, via the NVR. When the app occasionally does work, I need to be connected to the same WIFI network as my security system. It is impossible to view your security feed, when you're away from home. Making this app, pointless.

It's one of the worst cctv apps I've yet come across. When adding dvr it more often says add fail for no reason, and when I do somehow add it, it works then it disappears from the list, then you have to log out log in a couple of times before it actually shows up again. Not much controls, no nothing, very bad experience, alarm does not work, and surely when in need, it won't work. Let alone it signing me out multiple times even though I click the remember me button.

Garbage So glitchy. Randomly kicks of off, won't recognise passwords and deletes cameras.

When first downloading the app it worked perfectly but after a few months the app no longer comes up with thr camera only a black screen with buffering. I have uninstall the app , no updates needed. I have lots of storage on my phone left. I am unsure were to go from here
