I like the concept of an app that has a detailed trip overview and allows you to communicate with Tui. Unfortunately they also use this app to spam you with discounts for trips. They even abuse tje push notifications for their ads. This should be considered ad-ware. Also it requires an enormous amount of privileges that don't make sense with the functionality. The interface is intuitive but unfortunately terribly slow. Up to 20 to 30 seconds to load a very basic page

Contains a lot of useful things, but fails to deliver due to bad development and Tui having exceptionally bad service. A few highlights: - boarding passes can be downloaded and used offline, but this takes multiple tries, and then they are not accepted. - Contact with Tui people works similarly as over phone; slow and intermittent. - app crashes all the time or is stuck in 'loading'.

So bad. Takes 30 seconds to a minute to load the home page. Constantly crashes. Notifications won't lead to the message you are being notified about. It's a torture to use each tui holiday, then deleted immediately after. So bad. It is the worst app of any app ever made, in the history of apps, since the first app was ever imagined until now.

Worst app ever 1. Tui has no customer service. From the app there is no way to contact TUI when you paid for an airport transfer and no one is there. They only give a Dutch number that no one picks up 2. Even when it says you can check in and choose your seat....no, you can't. And definitely not from the app. There are flights that do not allow that but only Tui knows that 4. Once you open the app it says that you need to refresh the page. 20 times !

It doesn't load when I try to view something to book..the screen refreshes over and over on desktop,laptop and phone app even after clearing cache, cookies and trying different devices

The app does not work properly at all, it continuesly fails, after online check-in and confirmation it still tells me I'm not checked in yet. When I want to communicate with the travel agent via the app, it is not possible, I have to directly send a text or call the travel agent. Weather prediction are also not available when clicking the button etc etc. The holiday (Aruba) was wonderful, the TUI travel agent locally (Jenna) was also very helpful and delivered good service, but the app sucks!
