The app is fine, finicky most times. However the amount of ads makes the app borderline useless. I am being more than genuine when I say I can't go thirty seconds without an ad. It's not just inconvenient and infuriating but simply disappointing. I would never use this app if it was not necessity. If you are considering downloading this, it is a waste of time, energy and storage. I strongly advise against using this app.

This is so full of ads and spam. It's worse than any other app I've ever used. If you want to turn the volume down more than one click be prepared for it to take a while, you have to filter through so many ads to turn it down more than 1 click. Who wants to use an app like that? smh I downloaded it in a pinch because I couldn't find my remote, my remote can stay lost before I use this app again.

installed and promptly UNINSTALLED. One, don't open a full screen ad on the first load open. That makes it look like that is your app. Second, ads before usage is asinine. Third, a subscription for a remote is sheer idiocy. Fourth, before I could even really TRY the app, I am prompted with a "rate our app?" prompt. I didn't even get a chance to properly use the app and am being hit with ads and prompts to rate the app and even Subscribe ALL BEFORE the first use. Absurdity Thanks, but no thanks.

** W A R N I N G ** stay clear of this app. I did a free trial, but they went and charged me full price. I tried everything to get my money back unsuccessfully. Predatorial methods. As for the app itself, it's okay, but far from the best. 2/5 at best. There are better apps. ** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Update* 6/11/25 - I'm getting ads now even though I paid for the lifetime premium. sometimes whenever I click a direction, it keeps going in the direction and doesn't stop.

Now I would give it five stars, but there is one problem. Ads. I would say after every ten button presses, it pops up an ad. I would recommend leaving the ads at the bottom of the screen and the ads when you boot up the app. Overall, the app works great as a replacement remote, but it has too many ads.

I downloaded this app as I didn't find the free Amazon one at first. This app charged me 14.99 when I thought I was signing up for a 3 day free trial. Then when trying to connect to the TV there's no where to put the code. I tried restarting the app a few times. It doesn't work. I emailed the makers for a refund. The Amazon app is free and works. I wouldn't recommend this one at all.

This remote doesn't work for my firestick. I've tried a bunch of different ways to set it up. It still won't, I'd like a refund! I've tried to contact support numerous times through the email provided and got no reply. I don't know which is worse, the app not working for me and the price it cots for it or the developers making me chase them through hoops just to resolve this situation as soon as it happened!

this doesn't work then it downloaded itself twice and is trying to charge me twice and I can't cancel it. The second update I have contacted you guys via email through the app and everything else. I still haven't got my refund and I've been charged on two accounts
