Employees can submit UHC Health Plan issues on behalf of their friends and family in Get Help.

This app has so much potential! It sometimes glitches out and can't load articles or certain pages but it's really hit or miss. One of the most valuable features for me would be the calendar integration. Since I have meetings every day it would be great to see my calendar through the app but unfortunately it always shows an error stating my calendar took a PTO day. I can appreciate the humor but I'd still like to use the feature. :(

The app is great when you can get into it, but I have not been able to access the information in the app for over 3 months now. All it does is buffer after I login. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled and is still getting the same situation. Also have done multiple updates and still not able to login. Very disappointing.

Edit: After my initial review, I was contacted by actual people that genuinely wanted to help me get access to the app. They provided some easy troubleshooting and in a few minutes I was able to get back in. Thank you. So if you face any issues with logging back in after the update, reach out to them and they will help you!

Very colorful, beautiful, useful and great app but when you able to login. And it hardly allows to login the user. Was able to login twice OT thrice initially after installed, then always gives the buffering circle and doesn't let me login. It is a serious issue where the app developers should focus on to resolve. I have seen such similar comments. That means many users are facing the same issue. Giving 2 stars because except login issue the app is very good and useful.

I find this app to be extremely convenient in that I have the ability to check my Outlook Calendar for meeting times, etc. Also, I am able to review my pay statements among other things. It's very helpful. It would be great to have Outlook email capability as a suggestion for improvement.

Unreliable. The app worked great for months, then one day asked me to reverify and now has not successfully opened in months. I have tried uninstall and reinstall and nothing works

I used to think this app was really useful for seeing my calendar but for about the last week my calendar for today says it is "on PTO" and will not display. I can still see the calendar for days preceding and following today's date but not the current day (which would be the most useful day). Not seeing any recent updates so wondering what's going on.

Constant issue with login. Click login entry pin or password and continuously sits in the loading stage. More the app will not open at all, frustrating because I love the app and like using it as it is user friendly and very convenient but since he updates I cannot use my app. Pretty disappointed.
