App and servers never work right. Sometimes it's down for hours and days

App is great and the service is good but they lack customer support on their end. For all new providers be careful. If a client reschedules do not do anything until the app says otherwise or you will send your guys out there at the new time and have them told the job was cancelled. Even though it wasn't. You now then have to pay for 2 hours that Moving Helper says they are not responsible for and that the issue is between you and the client. Like who would drive out to a job that was cancelled

0 Stars. First the app is garbage. Two these guys pick and choose with no guidelines what so ever on who they allow to be accepted to even access their leads..... Ive been running a smal scaled moving company for over 4 years now and havent had 1 bad move always been respectable went above and beyond for customers and yet to generate more moves and more leads had thought this was a good business to do business with but im not a beneficial business relationship 🤬 I HAVE MOVING COMPANY!!!

The app just shows the web pages that you can see in your browser...In fact, MovingHelper is more useful in the browser because you cannot make edits to zones in app at all...I immediately uninstalled it...I was very disappointed...The whole purpose of the mobile app should make the experience easier for a mobile device... Actually, I've been waiting for a way to edit zones on a mobile device...It looks like they made the app just to have something on Google Play...

After update. App doesn't work

The app makes it hard to get to a customer's work order alot of times. It can be very slow and about 6 out of 10 times when entering the correct payment code it is denied. Also I keep being taken off of moving help now and I have to constantly go in and put it back to the "on" position. Another thing I don't like is the business' reply to reviews is not available for customers to see and it should bc it allows their side of the story when a negative review is placed ."contact us" is too short.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS‼️ TAKES MONTHS TO APPLY ‼️NO GUARANTEE YOU'LL BE ACCEPTED‼️🤮 I waited for 3 months after completing and passing all courses, passing background check and giving them all my personal information. Out of nowhere I get an email they don't think I'm a good fit. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF WAITING AND FOLLOWING THE DIRECTION. NO EXPLANATION WHATSOEVER‼️ ((I wish I could put pictures up here to show you all the stuffs they took me through just to say no))

Don't even waste your time with this app I did a job got the payment code processed it and left the job site. The customer the canceled the work order and I had to take a loss on a day's work plus paying my workers. It's not worth the risk all uhual told was If the customer didn't want to pay I'd have to take it to court smh. That's just crazy to me it's that easy for the customer to get a free moving job.
