Instructions are clear if you can comprehend English. The app's primary function is a timer which alerts you that the process has started when you tap "START" & alerts you when the process is completed. The secondary purpose of the app is for instruction & warranty information. So simple to use. For the person that can't see the lower part of the screen, put your finger on your screen & swipe up. This is why the reviews are so low. People do not even know how to use the Android O.S.!

I haven't used this app in a while and went to use it today and it stopped after about 3 minutes just out of the blue, and there was nothing wrong with the previous version. It worked great.

Turning off battery optimization in your settings will prevent the app from closing out. Works everytime now.

Update- App's timer won't usually send u alert sound, unless you open the app. Ionexx silver water machine helped reduce my post nasal drip phlegm by about 40-50%. Ionexx has good prompt customer service by email contact. I'm in Kuwait and ionexx responded to all my email inquiries within 10-15 minutes. Impressive good response time and ionx isn't a scam company!
