App itself was "buggy" and unstable for Android (app closed 4 times as I was waiting), but Dr. Kathy Christie was very thorough, kind, and helpful. The visit itself was a very good experience. Hopefully, there will be updates in the near future to make app more stable for patients! 🤞🏻

Gave it a chance despite the bad reviews, and yep, it crashes a lot. Gave it all permissions asked for in settings, still crashes after putting in member ID and then clicking the button. Refreshes the loading screen multiple times and its gone. Kk

Absolutely awful. Tried 3 times to connect with a provider. The 3rd time it connected me to a tech support chat bot. I followed the instructions and it still froze. This app used to work years ago but seemingly doesn't now.

This app is terrible. It kicks me off everytime the doctor comes on. Black screen, force close. I've tried countless times with many different doctors. I'm using an s24 ultra. I've tried using strong wifi and 5g cellular data. I've tried un installing and re installing. I've tried reseting my phone. Nothing. This app is trash.

Takes more than 10 seconds to load every page. Have to select an option then wait then repeat. The phone keeps saying the app isn't responding

This app is trash. Was told to download it so my baby can have a virtual visit. It crashes every 2 minutes!! Like this is people's lives and health that this app holds. If it doesn't work, it's useless

The "add an image or video" feature isn't working. First time I tried, a permissions message popped up and I clicked "allow while using this app" and nothing happened. Clicking on it again, nothing happens. Tried closing and re-logging in to the app, and I doubled-checked the permissions settings. Still does nothing. Also, as far as I can tell it only allows UPMC Health Plan insurance, and nothing else?

I love having virtual visits as an option! I've used it several times for sinus infections and feminine health needs. It's always a minimal wait. The app runs smoothly, and the health care professionals are thorough and professional. Payment is easy and fast. They are able to send any prescriptions needed to the pharmacy electronically. I can have my issue addressed from the comfort and privacy of home.
