When you install the app you have to sign up in Bulgarian. Everytime you leave the screen to look at translate the screen refreshes and you have to start again. Once installed you can then select english as a language option. As a tourist your forced to preservere with this rubbish as you can't just send an SMS like locals do. And then you to park on a street that will probably break your car driving down it

Extremely unnecessary and unprofessional refactoring of a fully functional app. Now I am not able to extend by 30 minutes and finding the 30 minutes option is like locating a hidden gem. Also my deposid amount disappeared. The whole team must be fired for such initial stupidity. There is difference between the shown price and after chosing it.

"There are no available parking services at your location , you haven't given location permission to the application or we are still waiting for coordinates! " This is the message I'm getting regardless where I am in Bulgaria. Of course I've triple-checked app permissions and I had the gps and internet ON and the app knows that because when I go to the "urboniser" tab, it sees me exactly where I am. The app is useless, I had to be very careful where I parked since I've had no other way of paying

Does not work on Android 12 (Pixel). Not a good sign for an app where you had to deposit money. Edit Dec 2, 2021: Now it does not work on Android 11 either. Trying to access the map crashes the application. If this is not a temporary issue (today the parking zones change coverage) then the app is entirely unusable. Edit Jan 2023: It seems that the app has been working for a while, even after OS upgrade. Upgrading to 4 stars tentatively.

The service this app provides is very useful. I am regular user, but the application it self has room for improvement. The most annoying thing is the navigation. Every time I use the system back button, the app is asking me if I am sure I want to leave the app. NO! I want to go to the previous screen. Also I am not able to add vouchers for some reason. After flling the voucher code tapping on "Add" is not doing anything.

Urbo City has been a lifesaver for me. I am not from Sofia, and thanks to Urbo, it's so easy to deferentiate the zones and pay right through the app. It is quick and user-friendly with lovely design. Highly recommended for anyone who drives!

"Interesting" app-1. saying that no access to maps(it uses Google maps), whilst location, internet are fully enabled; 2. saying that no parking services are available in my area whilst at least 3 parking areas are nearby; 3. tried to add my cc to pay for parking when in need, instead this app asking to add money from my cc to its account(?). Is this app working only for Sofia or the whole country Bulgaria? Does it work in other countries? For now 1*.

After the latest update, all payment methods are gone, and the app throws an error if you try to add a card..
