Useless app, it never logs in at once, so I used to do all the entries from the browser and it was done easily, but in the last update, I had to enter the mobile number of the beneficiary to schedule it But now we have to enter the OTP of the beneficiary's number, due to which there are a lot of difficulties in vaccination and time is also being wasted. Not all beneficiaries have their own phones and there is no network either Due to which there is a lot of problem in vaccination, please remove

Sometime it is not working and showing something went wrong. Fix this issue there is so much problem while doing entries. Without opt it was better doing entries. Make it easy and upadate app its not working.

Due to increased OTP scams, beneficiaries are reluctant to share OTPs. In rural India, many lack phone credit, preventing OTP receipt. Calls for OTP are often missed, causing delays. A 30-minute data entry now takes 4-5 hours, worsened by frequent logins and a non-user-friendly interface. Vaccinators face severe challenges due to these issues. Only current entry should be there not previous this problem leads to again enter previous data consuming more time again.

Before it was good but after updating there is lot of problems.beneficieries do not have there own no .some have but they do not have previous no.if they have the before no.than there is no active plan.facing problem of OTP .it delay the time . total waste of time after updating .due to OTP problem

OTP verification not good for rural areas not able to verify manually mobile not available, not recharged, mobile number not available for verification etc. many problems facing. Not able to vaccinate beneficiaries.

App is useless as when trying to logon it says number not registered but from browser everything works perfectly. I got response from hain team to explain the problem which I already did in above statement ,is it hard to understand for u guys? Useless

There is some problem and confusion in login section. We don't even know how to register. This is a good initiative. Please make sure user experience is good. We have good applications but none has good experience.

Adding OTP for verification is completely a wrong process. In current time no one wants to share OTP.
