After 2 years of being a customer.. Uninstalling the app because just found that they deduct wallet balance in glitch.. I created vacation and than i tried adding a product for next day.. The order was not created so i added again.. When i checked wallet balance i was confused and when i checked transaction history.. I found their app is definitely not trustworthy... So no more interested in being your customer...

The app is also really really good and customer friendly.........timely photos on the app after delivery...timely messages ...everything is just great! I recently tried the milk from this company, and I must say, it was a huge disappointment. Charging an 80% premium, I expected a top-notch product, but unfortunately, the taste was far from good. It had a strange aftertaste and lacked the freshness that good-quality milk should have. For the price they're asking, this is simply unacceptable. There are much better options available at a more reasonable price. I won't be purchasing from this brand again and wouldn't recommend it to others either.

Address not getting updated. It does not take more than 1 address though different options available like home, office and all. Also tried to update current address and remove old one, still not working. Tried contacting customer care and they said to ping the address and they will update from their end, checked later on after a month and still old address is reflecting.

The quality of products is great. More importantly, I believe them to use ethical practices and produce unadulterated products. If and when I have had an issue with delivery, it has always been solved very quickly and efficiently.

recently received a 1-litre sample of Provilac buffalo milk, and I must say, I’m very impressed! The milk is incredibly rich, creamy, and has a fresh, natural taste that stands out from other brands. It's perfect for drinking on its own or adding to tea or coffee. Knowing that it's pure and free from preservatives makes it even better. I’ll definitely be buying this regularly. Highly recommend Provilac buffalo milk for anyone who values quality and taste.
