I appreciate that it's simple. I use this for my telehealth, as well as zoom for a different physician. vsee is better. it's just a simpler application! bells and whistles belong somewhere else. sometimes you just need a place to type and video chat. regarding stability, it's okay. the app has weird internet issues. and ideally: if I get a call, plug in a USB headset, and then answer the call, I would expect the app to understand my intent. it does not. small nitpick.

This app provides a useful and secure way to communicate with my patients when I am not in clinic. I have had difficulty adding patients to my contacts list but I haven't spent a lot of time troubleshooting this issue. Vsee is the best telehealth platform I've seen for integrating all aspects of my practice. Easy scheduling, stable video, adequate EMR, efficient and reliable billing. There are some areas where it could be improved but the solutions I've developed are adequate.

It's so hard being forced to find a new messaging app I l9se track of which ones I've tested so I gotta review all tested ones so I know why to stay away... others must be on same app

Very poor performance (dropped calls, terrible video and sound) compared to many other free messengers out there. I compared Signal and WeChat at the same location, same time and with the same contact, and VSee was pretty much unusable. To top off this wonderful performance is fantastic battery drain - about twice as fast as the other 2 mentioned. Great app if you want to curse at your phone for 1/2 hour and then charge it for 2.

Appalling. I have tried repeatedly to use this app. Have managed 1 successful try in 4 attempts. One try involved access but the video kept crashing (after 40 minutes my client and I gave up). Will not let me either login or create a new account repeatedly. Comes back 'Error' sign. Allowed me to reset my Password by sending an email to me but when I 'reset' it nothing is registered! Now it says 'no internet access' when my Android phone is clearly online. Won't allow me to login with Google..:(

Gawd awful. Have downloaded appropriate apps on both iPad & Android. Changed password. Deleted and reinstalled apps. Still couldn't login on either device. Finally called customer service & explained the above. The first 20m (of a 40m call) he asked me the same questions repeatedly - sometimes up to five times. Culminated in him asking for my login/password & finally telling me I needed to change security on my router despite the fact that all other video conferencing platforms work. Hell no.

After setting up all my patients on vsee, the messenger app has crashed. I get this happens, especially with all the new traffic. But they are apparently uninterested in fixing it, it is going on 3 week with no dates for being restored. They just say they arent accepting new requests. Zero communication, time lines or info. Now I have to start all over with finding a new telehealth platform for my patients.

Have been experiencing the same issues other reviews complain about, video calls regularly dropping while on mobile data. Support was nice enough, but I spent a ton of my own time diagnosing and submitting logs, connectivity tests...don't have time to keep working on this. If my provider didn't use this, I would never use this app.
