父母：

Awful app. Constant crashing and throwing of error codes. Doesn't keep your login details despite ticking the relevant option. Very, very slow. Multiple timeouts. Messages take ages to load. This is a very poorly optimised, buggy and quite frankly rubbish app. Trouble is, by the time you get to this point you have already spent £100 on the corresponding toy. Do not bother with this or the toys it links to.

It's a neat idea to start kids off with social media. I find two issues with the app however. 1. It would be really handy if it had some sound options to alert you to a message being sent to you by the child owning the device. 2. There is quite a long time lag between messages being sent and received.

this app is complete rubbish!! constantly freezes and don't recieve notifications for messages, sometimes don't even recieve the messages! such a shame as the phone itself is really good! you'd think after all of these bad reviews the problems would have been fixed. sort it out!!

Crashes on text entry. Crashes on pretty much everything. Doesn't send or receive half the messages. Shameless under development of an app that's necessary for a commercial product to work. This app goes with a £179 product. Shameless bad support from a company taking people's money. Server down for maintenance several days over New Year, and down again mid February.

What a brilliant idea. Shame the execution is poor. Set up no problem added family members. Had to whitelist my device in battery settings as otherwise I wouldn't receive messages after some time. Sometimes messages don't get received. Almost there though

A terrible app, no end of problems. Constantly trying to update itself and does up crashing. Messages are very slow to come through, if at all. You cannot back out of it, you have to shut it down, even then it keeps a notification on the top of your screen.

I am very disappointed, my app only connects on wi-fi, no matter where I am or how many bars service I have, it simply does not load the app unless I am in a wifi connection area, which is pointless, I bought this so I could be in contact with my son anytime anywhere, this is not the case!!

The worst app i have ever used. It constantly crashes and even reinstalling it doesn't always fix it. It makes my daughters vtech phone redundant and a complete waste of money. The concept behind the phone is good, however vtech dont appear interested in providing the technological support to keep their 'toy' working.
