Hi Vtiger please do check on the android app. I think it requrires some bug fixing. Many button are empty and many doesnt do the needed.

Still lots of bugs there unable to use send the mail request no proper support from them. Please check with your support team. We have gave the mail more than 2 months. Daily we are following with them no response properly. Your team informed this is for version 9, while web login also its ask use the same.Then why u recommend this. You upgraded the version9 u need to upgrade the app as well. Not alone app web also lots of bugs there we send lots of complaints still pending 4 months

Too many bugs in vtiger crm app. Already informed to vtiger team and We had sent mail before 2 to3 months but till not resolved. Quote creation option is not there and scanning visiting card issue.

Worst experience. I'm trying to log in my work account but unable to add username and password. Neither am I able to login via email address as well. Then it gives gateway through SAML and fails to configure there as well. Worst rated experience in comparison to other CRM usage Salesforce is the best and perfect. I can't rely on this glitchy CRM app that doesn't even give it's users a guide line about how to login
