Insert "ATCQ" lyrics here. Cause this joint has been bugging out! Solid 3 stars because of ease of use and setup from guardians smartphone. Getting info in real time can be very slow. It definitely should not be an issue in a major metro area. I ordered a replacement for my 10 year old a few days ago, Set it up last night and it's been glitchy. Powering on/off while charging, GPS drops off, made a video call from the watch to my phone, my mobile rang about 30 seconds after end call on watch.

I am getting extremely frustrated with this app. The watch seems to work well, but the app has been nothing but difficult. I have attempted to open the app on different occasions and it immediately closes and then eventually tells me it needs to close. I have cleared the cache, restarted the phone on multiple occasions, and nothing fixed the problem but to uninstall the app and reinstall it as the app is only way to communicate accordingly. Please fix the app as uninstalling it is not a solution

Updated to 3 stars: The updates no longer block usage of the app, but the random logouts are not often but inconvenient. At a minimum it's consistently frustrating and if it works, it can be helpful. It has good child features but they're often overshadowed by the inconveniences and loading time. Looking forward to updates for now.

Video call Audio doesn't work unless I turn off Bluetooth on my phone. It forces all audio to my android watch. Same on my wife's iPhone/iWatch. No way to disable. This is just poor development. The app doesn't need permission to see nearby devices, this is forcing all audio to my android watch. If you disable the Nearby Permission for the app l, it won't allow video calls. Major bug!!! You obviously aren't fully testing your updates. This is for children; do better.

App is sort of useful. BIG FAILURE: It fails to make any notification sound when my grandson sends me a message. I've selected a fairly loud notification sound in the settings for the app but it doesn't make any sound! Not even the "default" notification sound that every other app makes! 2 stars because it does show me where he is. For now he has to call me for anything... unless it's OK if I don't see the message until hours later.

Mostly ok...but Gps does not update frequently...not sure how such a problem can persist in a tracking product. Sometimes it takes a few minutes pressing real time or the locate button to update the actual position. Some other odd quirks, like the location notices are tied to an 8 hour window. Why?That is not a location notification. That is a critical function missing. Should be no time limit at all. Controlling when to make a sound or screen notifiction should be controlled elsewhere.

UPDATE!!! I'm leaving my original review because I think it might be helpful to new owners. BUT, since the watch updated 3 months ago I haven't had any problems with the watch. Learned to turn the watch off nightly and the tracking has been 90 percent better FIRST REVIEW: This watch is junk!!!! Have had it for not even a year and I'm asking for help with the tracking probably a million times. It gets fixed then a month later it's completely off, shows my kid all the way across town. Total bumner

I cannot push the update on 1 of our watches. Keeps saying it failed (at 80% download) after weeks of it not moving from 0%. Video calls I cannot hear unless I have phone to my ear. I really like the "real time" location, if that's what its called. We really enjoy the watches.
