This app is off to a great start. It has the potential of being way better than its competitors. The app is unusable on a Google Pixel 7 Pro because the UI does not render responsively to the screen size. Most screens are cut off on the right side. Update: Downgraded another star as I have this thing several more updates and the developer still can't figure out mobile responsiveness. The right side of my screen on my now Pixel 8 Pro is still cut off. Everything is too big and chunky.

I set my filters and then I see that there are a few options. I try to scroll to the right and it scrolls and then immediately refreshes that line back to the left. Makes the app unusable. 🤬 Found clicking on more helped bypass the issue. Can't just click on address to show location. But can show entire map of all filtered which is nice. This app has serious UX issues. EDIT: scroll problem is a bug that can resolve itself automagically. Not good.

Doesn't allow searching for just land / acreage. Focus is on selling homes 200k and up.

The app is solid in comparison to a few other real estate search apps. Could use better filters for condos, e.g. sqft filters jump from 500 to 1000. A 650 sqft condo is very different from 950... Otherwise, the Wahi team is fantastic. Our specialist, Jessie, was great and super helpful. The rest of the team was always available if she was away, too. Plus, 1.5% cash back makes it a no-brainer. Great experience overall for our first condo purchase!

App was zoomed in by default on my phone. Text was too laege. There's no way to adjust view when I tried to look at the settings.

Hard to find what I m looking for, seems I need to deal with broker as don't see anything as per my requirement. And shows off properties in different cities, not useful or actionable.
