A poor experience and one of the most user unfriendly dating apps I've tried. It's built purely around a members club called KK, whatever that is. You won't get any matches or anywhere in general unless you pay for dm, likes do nothing. I presume most people are invisible, unless you are a couple or a member of KK, the whole vouch system is narcissistic silliness. Also, very clunky, buggy, and laggy. This could be a great app but it's greedier than tinder and not fun.

The concept of keeping conversations, pictures and videos private is really important to most people - and this aspect of the app is great - but it's very buggy. I've spent hours trying to upload one video (recorded on Android) so that others on iPhone can view it - but with no success. I even tried reaching out in different formats before uploading but it still hasn't worked - very disappointing 😞

Quite buggy so far. It crashes often, resets my filter after I've deselected the "Members who want to meet tonight" which means I have to keep unticking it every time I open the app, and notifications are delayed. I can't upload or reorder photos on my profile., does nothing. Cannot find any way to vouch for someone in the app. I have to go to the website, manually search for someone and then vouch. The chat functionality isn't bad given its small user base and how immature the app is

Good idea, but app is too buggy.. and it has some major design flaws.. CODE/UX - Text fields are extremely unfriendly on android. - the app gets really slow and crashes after using it for some time (seems like a memory leak). - photos viewer should also close on tap instead of the big X on the left - You shouldn't have to log back in every time you close the app it's not a banking app DESIGN People don't see their likes unless their premium member?? that's a bit pointless..

Generally OK but a couple of bugs... We are set up as a couple and when we set our individual wild side likes/interest it overwrites the other persons settings. Probably more worrying is that screenshots are not supposed to work...but if you select an individual picture you do seem able to screenshot it.

Used to be better for free members when if you clicked on the notification of someone liking your profile you had the option to match or not (could just see a small picture and their name) but after a resent update you now can't see anything, it just opens to a page asking you to pay for subscription to be able to view anything. Has made the app a lot harder to use unless you want to pay money.

More a slog than an experience! First off, why is it so difficult to enter text in the bio section. It seems to have very limited functionality. You can't add paragraphs and when you go past a certain word count you're unable to scroll back up to review. Gave up with the App and completed on a computer. Secondly purchasing a subscribed seems to broken as it does not verify the purchase. Getting message "Developer has not acknowledged your purchase" but the amount has come off my credit card!

This whole ecosystem seems built specifically for straight white women's enjoyment only whilst overlooking Queer, African-Caribbean and other non-white communities. There seems to be a high skill/experience level that puts off many newbies and functions like tinder with extra steps. 🤷🏾♂️ Also the WAX Comms are both over zealous in matters of no importance and drag their feet in moments where they are needed. 😮💨 Matching mechanics are as bad as tinder and the app is very glitchy. 🤦🏾♂️
