Keeps crashing and telling me my verification codes are incorrect when they're not. Also, it tells me my password is incorrect but I can login to the website just fine with the same password.

I am unable to sign in. I can input the username but once I start typing the password it goes back to the splash screen. Tried it many times and it still doesn't work.

It works great. I did have to uninstall then reinstall for it to process properly probably due to an upgrade. Thank you for creating such an easy-to-use app, you guys n gals are simply. . . Awesome!

This freakimg app SUCKS! I make payments sometimes it takes them and sometimes it doesnt and i end up owing months! I LITTERALLY JUST WENT THROUGH THIS PAYD FOR LAST MONTHS AND THIS MONTH AND I SCREEN SHOT WHEN IT SAID IT WAS PAYED!!! AND ALL OF A SUDDENT I OWE $300 NOT $100 BECAUSE I DIDNT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS??? FIX YA APP AND YA SERVICE SUCKS TOO! I WISH I COULD SWITCH COMPANIED YALL SUCKED SINCE DAY 1!!!!!

Can't submit a meter reading in the app. Only available on website. Why have both?? Will be uninstalling after next bill arrives in the mail.

Worked fine until it stopped updating. Then all my notifications stopped so I missed payments. Thanks for that

Your customer service for the Illinois area is actual garbage. The woman I spoke to was rude and curt, treating me as if it was an annoyance to do her job. I tried to stay on the line to continue the call into the survey but the woman demanded I hang up the call. Was very rude.
