App is better than the website... I have multiple bills to monitor and the app just lists them all across the top of the screen. The information is also easy to navigate. Same like the website, it shows your usage and compares it to a previous month or previous year. I prefer the app's way of laying out the information. From the home screen, here is the balance due, here is when it will be taken from the account, and lets throw in a usage alert if you are using too much.

It would only be convenient if they accepted VISA. I don't know why they don't, though I assume it has to do with higher processing fees; but, geez WPS; do you realize how many banks issue VISA Debit cards? That's the only reason your app gets 3/5 stars from me. Because you refuse to accept VISA in your app, I have to jump through hoops to pay my bill using the Quick Pay feature, which (miracle of miracles) accepts VISA. That makes NO SENSE. ADDENDUM: This app no longer works on Android!

Has a monopoly over the area, very expensive with zero other options. Also, forced into using a card for payments because for some reason it won't allow me to do it free through the bank account. Card getting used is also through that same account but there's a $2.50 charge. Interesting. Just another way to get more money from people. Corrupt company. I'll be bringing the topic of the power monopoly to the city to see how this can be changed. I'm tired of having no options.

Tried to register & it tells me an account already exists. So I tried to log in & it asked for all my info. I enter the account number & it tells me it doesn't exist. I REFUSE to pay over the phone & get charged a fee. It seems that all utility companies need better IT people, because NONE of their apps work.

I went on your app to pay my bill. First time, it said error and to try again. Second time, got same error. Third time it went through. I checked my bank account and I was charged 3 times, when i should only be charged once. I called my bank. They said it appears WPS is collecting funds for the 3 charges. I checked my account with you guys and it only shows I made one payment. The issue with your app caused my account to overdraw.

App is easy to use but the fact that you don't accept Visa cards makes me not want to use the app. Most banks offer Visa debit cards and I'm not comfortable giving out bank information in order to make a payment. Plus bank withdrawls take days to process, being able to use my visa debit card would be a more convenient quick payment option.

Paid my bill a little less than a week before it's due. On the due date it is saying that my bill is due today for the full amount. I paid the full amount with my card, it came out already. Will be making a charge back on my original payment if this can't get fixed in person.

This app drives me insane. My bank has a visa card. So I always try paying with my bank account. I pay and 3 to 4 days later they return it and I have to try paying again. I don't have anything but visas. I thought the app would be easier then sending checks. And when I paid with checks I didn't have issues. It also irks me that I will pay 4 or 5 days early and then they return it after the due date so then it is late.
