The customer service is very poor to the point where I think it's a scam service. So the point person, Jayson, messages me to fill out a form through the messaging app but it didn't make sense to me on how they wanted me to fill it out because if you're gathering data this way, you'd have to manually input it somewhere else...it just seemed inefficient. So I ask Jayson to email me something more official and he sends me an email but it wasn't the form. He wanted $50 to assist with searching. No.

so easy and brilliant. I love this app. I can see why most daycares use it now. The map is so helpful at showing exactly where the daycare is located as you browse through daycares.

Upwards is a pilot program helping military families find daycare on the weekends they drill. Best of all, the military member does not pay for the care provided to their children/child unless it's over 12 hours. You only pay for each hour over the 12 hours. This program really is a blessing. The customer service from this company is inappropriate. My wife worked with them to try to cancel (which you can't do by yourself in the app) and the guy was like a salesman, constantly trying to talk her out of it and making the process as difficult as possible. He asked for information that they already had (like the date we started care with them) to drag it out and asked for the same information multiple times. It took her three days total to cancel it. Horrible, and they charge too much.

This app needs a lot of work. The services that are available through the app are great...when it's working. My daycare provider sends "moments" for me to view regularly, but there are days (like today) when the app crashes for several hours at a time. I've been trying to launch it for 7 hours already.

WeeCare has been great! I was able to schedule tours in the app with a few daycares near me. After I found the perfect one, it took less than 5 mins to enroll my son there. Also, being able to see real-time picture updates and curriculum in the app is amazing!
