Cannot install lock if the home is from another person. Massage Bluetooth connectivity error appears. Only owner of the home can install a lock. Your content is irrelevant. I was trying to install a new lock in my girlfriend's home after she invited me an an error occurred. Ingram of pointing me to a useless link, review your software. The only way I can configure the lock is to install from the girlfriend's home. Invited cannot install lock. I lost 4 hours to determine this.

The new features released in recent updates look promising, but still needs work. I come home and lock the door. 8 minutes later the geofence finally kicks in and unlocks the door as if I'm just arriving. 5 minutes after that I receive a notification about the auto unlock.

App won't let me create an account. Keeps telling me there is no service available, yet I know there is both cell service and wifi. Pretty disappointing.

App is very glitchy, I had to repeat the setup process for my halo several times and it keeps disconnecting from the lock.

app won't connect to my phone at all. have reset it. still nothing. the lock drains batteries within 2 weeks.

App has limited capability. Opening and closing door is fine, but the user log is only day to dsy. You can't look at previous activity.

Cannot even set up an account. It says failed connection but I have a very strong wifi and 5G connection. It's very hard to use if I can't set up a user account.

With Pixel5, everything worked as expected; pairing, updating firmware, creating account and pin, etc... Only complaint for a security software is that there is nothing built-in to protect the app. If anyone is able to get into your phone, they can freely launch the app and presumably perform an unlock; pretty basic. Now I must rely on another 3rd party software to add additional layer of protection. Uncool!
