Like other reviews on here, i have the same issues. Notifications dont work! Messages dont get through! Cusomer services just fob you off saying "its free anyway so it doesnt matter". It REALLY DOES MATTER when your customers get the impression that you dont respond to them. If it doesnt work, either fix it or remove the option from the customer app. At least then people know the problem is with Yell and not with the business.

Useless app. For the last year and half all I've had is problems. I have my notifications turned ON, and I NEVER get notifications when I receive customer enquiries! I've lost at least 30 customers over the last 6 months alone, thanks to Yell not sorting this bug issue out. I shouldn't have to remember to check in to the app each day, just because the app is piece of rubbish. Sort your apps notifications issue out NOW. You're making me look like I don't care about replying to customers.

Hartley is useless, I often do not get any notifications when someone has messaged until I log in. What is the point in that? Also I have two messages that I've tried to reply to when I had them but won't let me respond. As others have said I have also lost customers with this messaging service or lack off! Sort it out I pay enough a month for this to not to be happening!

An absolute abomination and not just the app. Nothing works. A bunch of scammers. I got an email telling me there was an invoice for their (non-existent) service so I should find it on the app, except that the app told me I don't exist!

If I could leave worse than a one star review I would, this company is honestly a scam, they charge horrendous amounts and tie you into contracts you can't get out of for large periods of time. I had just gone into being self employed and at a time where I felt vulnerable they called me up and made it seem like it was going to help me get seen as a business. I quickly realized my mistake but couldn't cancel. Dont make the same mistake!!!

Stay away they sign you up for a year and your not able to cancel. I have been on here for 2 months and haven't had 1 call its a joke. I have stopped paying my subscription and they say there going to give it to a debt collecting agent. Good look to them

Bad customer service and virtually no results . After signing up for a 12 month contract I've been trying to get hold of my business manger and it took me about 2 months to finally get a reply. Sales team will do whatever it takes to lock you into a contract and spin facts to avoid liability. AVOID at all costs. Go for the free listing but don't pay anything. Also their reputation manager function which they will sell you is garbage. There are free services that do the same thing better.
