Yes, it may be used by scammers but this is no different to most remote access apps. Downloading the app alone does not make your device vulnerable to access, you will still need to enter a session ID to give the scammer access to the app. So it's not the app that is the problem, it's you! The app could require less permissions and not enforce DND mode, this makes it less user friendly of being used to support end users. In total the user has to spend 2-3 minutes accepting everything.

This app was used to attempt stealing from me . Not sure what's going on, but these scammers are the best I've ever encountered. Very good, almost perfected the art so be careful. Do not download this app when instructed to on the phone. Hang up the call immediately, it's a trick

In India, Cyberfraudsters are actively using this app to take remote access of the victims. Totally, waste and unsecure. Not sure, if this was intentionally built by developers to support Cyberfraudsters.
