worst app, not possible to view bill and payment of the bill amount.

Just downloaded it as gpay & paytm stopped working. First experience is good, used it first time. I paid my first bill in this app. Everything went smoothly. But tbh I was kind of panicked when the page was showing web servicer not available after my payment. But it was paid actually, so no probs. (Note-Its my first time so it went smoothly, let's see how it goes. I have more payments to do. & you might see probs if your internet is low)

App needs a user friendly interface, proper server connectivity and maintenance. I was not able to register, then I tried quick pay. The money got deducted but the confirmation page didnot show up. It was showing 'webpage not available'. But happy to see a dedicated app for my state. I hope the app gets 5 star rating soon.

"Complaint" Feature is not working since months (both with and without login in). All I see is a Alert pop-up message "No Network, try again" when I try to register a complaint. These basic features should have been thoroughly tested by the development team, really disappointed.

I have tried to pay tsecl bill through this app but failed. My amount was deducted from my account. Nobody help me in this regard. Developer should look into this section also. The cases where amount has been deducted but bill not paid. Also another request to the Developer along with TSECL authority that update the app or the portal to faciliate the consumer hassle free that the consumer can generate their monthly bill by putting the meter reading, it will help us a lot.

Worst ever because when i try to register giving the alphanumeric pattern what they are asking in password, I was unable to access it and atlast after trying so many times when it got ok I paid my bill they cut the money but the bill was not showing up due to unavoidable circumstances......Again they are charging around rs 41 if we pay through debit card..Horrible experience
