I had a very bad experience on this app. I had an appointment on the app. The call got disconnected after 9 minutes. I asked for a refund. The customer service representative was so rude. They didn't issue any refund. They insist on rescheduling the appointment. But that didn't happen. Worst experience. Now in comments they asking me to connect on Facebook. Which I don't use. Which they don't want to help. Or if they want they already have my contact details and I already talk to them.

I am compled to use this app because of my doctor. Had mixed experiece since last 2 years. They have improved on one side and have gone down in other areas. Recently they have started safepay which is not working atleast for me despite many efforts and I am compled to transfer money through bank transfer as paysafe doesnot come in. I have shared my issues on whatsapp number also but no guidlines are provided. I thing the senior management of Marham should take immediate notice of this issue

I booked an appointment for 12 pm and then they msg me that they will confirm after consulting with doctor. They are wasting time of the patient. Also when I paid fee from Jazz cash, over the website I had to put password openly and there were no security measures for password security. This app is a fraud and scam. They are collecting our passwords and wasting our time with fake appointment time

Pathetic third class service I ever used. My appointment was rescheduled twice, and that too at the last moment. They don't care about the users and just send a message regarding the appointment rescheduling without considering the user's urgency or their availability on the rescheduled time and date. Don't waste your valuable time using this useless app, and you better switch to some alternate app.

be aware of paying money to them, sometimes the amount is paid but stucked and you will never get any reciept or will not be able trace your money. The support has no control over anything, they keep on apologizing only.

I had taken the appointment from Naamji Hospital Dr. Furqan's ointment site, when I went to the counter, he refused and told me clearly that it was him. The site is fake then he checked my appointment then his My appointment was not there in their system, my other problem is that I have made the refund to my bank account but still I have not received the message from their wallet and the transaction is not showing.

Pathetic, worst application, third class service, unprofessional staff has no manners how to speak even. Wastage of time. They book your appointment and do not send confirmation message to the Dr. They don't have managing skills. System is worst.

Very very bad experience. Tried many times to call with doctor but was not available. I cancelled the appointment.
