I just reinstalled this app and it has not changed for years, it shows how blinkered the council and developers are by not including key items that need reporting. Two examples are blocked street drains in the town centre and eyesore vegetation in back streets within yards of each other. There appears to be no options to choose that are even close to these. What about a simple "other" box to describe an issue. It's clear that to report many problems is not wanted at all.

When I sign up and put the number in it says put special character for password in the phone number box. Stupid thing cant even make an account. App developers need to wake up
