Quite fine to start off on taking the bus at all, as it provides quite a bit of information. Though be careful, sometimes busses that are supposed to take you to another stop are quite late or even cancelled without it showing up on the app beforehand! The moment you'll know the bus was cancelled is usually a few minutes after the bus was supposed to arrive. Also there are quite a few alternatives you can take sometimes, that aren't suggested to you in the app. So just look at the bus labels too

Why the hell all bus stops on map of your app are combined to all directions ??? Why can't you just make it simple like on Google maps - different bus stops on different sides of the road. If I'm new in town or particular district, how should I know through your app which direction to follow, at least if there separate bus stops (on map), it's easier to navigate, don't you think 🤔

very unreliable with timetable and delays. cancellation information is also sometimes wrong. a bus is shown cancelled but shows up anyways and vice versa. Previously used to be much better.

The newest update has made this app absolutely perfect. It is so easy to buy a ticket, check schedules for any stop, and save your most often used stops. Never miss a bus again because the GPS tracking lets you know where your bus is. The only thing that could make this app easier to use is being able to pay with Paypal or GPay.

The app works well, but it would be extremely useful if we could search for bus stops close to a point on the map/building on the map. Something like integration with Google maps' navigation would make this perfect

you can not simply buy a ticket, you need to first search for a route. Then you can buy a ticket for that route but not all of them. For example, you can buy single and day passes for one or multiple people, as well as annual passes, BUT you can not buy a weekly or monthly pass. It is shown in the overview, you just can not buy it. WHY? WHY, WHY?

It doesn't work offline. I mean I lose everything after searching as I lose internet connection...it reatarts the app!

The newest update has killed this once wonderful app :-( ! It won't start and keeps crashing! Please fix it, because it was great!
