This is a little feature-starved, but it is good to be able to unlock my car or check if my car is where I left it. One thing that is not great is I can't see where the car is while it is driving and that is kind of stupid. It is my car, I should be able to know where it is at any time I want to check on it whether it is driving or not. Also, the nav unit should not be able to override that functionality. If you're compromised, fix that. Overall, limited but better than no app.

I don't know what the most recent update did but the app is horrible now. Not only is it slow, but I am greeted with an internet connection error every time I open the app. It doesn't even show the map anymore. It's just blank space. It also likes to turn off the "connected apps" portion. Just to add to it, why do all the features take forever to send over to the car. Fix the app please.

I know that BMW must be sandbagging this app. Look at the My BMW app and compare it to the Supra Connect app. It's basically a reskin, but the servers are horrendous specifically for Toyota. I have solid internet connection, but the app fails to connect to my car. Luckily the map works with this newest patch, but it takes a million years to find my car. I've had far too many failed lock/unlocks and it takes a few minutes if it were to work. Prove me wrong and fix this laggy app!

Basic App. Could use more features. Everything sends from app to Supra really slow. I've tried it with my 5G-UW and my home network, which is Gigiabit Speeds, and it's still sent very slow. You have to connect physically to the car every so often or the app won't work for you. He has the potential to be really good, but right now, the normal Toyota app and the Subaru app are by far better experience.

Seems to work except 2 pretty major bugs. 1: You cant paste previously copied addresses on the map. 2: I cant view where my car is on the map. At least without enabling location services on my phone (never going to happen). I dont need to know where my phone is, its in my hand. Edit: 4 months later and this thing still cant tell me where my car is without completely unnecessary permissions.

Map has been broken for weeks. App claims my internet is down (it isn't). Update: car location works again, but sharing a map to this app is broken. It uses the source address as the destination. Still getting "no internet" type msg every time the app starts.

The app is so painfully slow when sending commands to the car. I know it uses some archaic 3G network to do it, but it's usually 1+ minutes, I might as well just go get the keys and save myself some time. The app is pointless.

It does everything I would expect it to after using the web portal. The first time I launch the app, the screen is gray and needs to be closed and opened again. After that it is fine. Would be nice to have the option to turn off fingerprint.
