Started to use this app last year. Connection to sensors and recorded running hours was always a bit random, but generally caught up eventually. This year no connection at all and app would not log me in. Turned out the account I had been using no longer existed - I've had to create a new one and now go through the process of re-registering sensors. I therefore presume historic running hours will have also been lost... Not impressed.

Despite maintenance operations being conducted and "resolved" on the app, they keep reappearing over and over again, very frustrating, may as well make a note on a piece of paper. Makes it very hard to keep track of the maintenance of our fleet of machines, this app is supposed to make it simple!

So far looks good but will be testing it over time.. Not too sure if its a feature but would be nice if it could notify me once a battery is full so I can put another on charge? would just be that extra touch to give people a reason the get the app downloaded.. So nice having dealer details and buying date and warranty date all in one place next to the item!!

It worked fine the first couple of times, then wouldn't connect to my unit, when it reconnected, it wiped my service history, operating hours and prefered dealer. Makes you log in (with a lengthy process) everytime you open the app, doesn't remember your password...

Doesn't keep connection alive. Even when icon is in the status bar running it's not actually connected a lot of the time. Have had that happen for over a day at times before checking the desktop app to confirm. Consistently needs to be logged in. Gets frustrating and unusable. Uses waaaay too much storage for such a simple app.

Stopped synchronizing after phone upgraded to Android 11 about 3 months ago. Since then it does not work. Coin cells are fully charged. Please fix it.

At the moment it is useless, once open, can not see devices, and logout button does not work. Needs work. Does not appear to be able to read tags.

App needs lots of work and updates! App needs to be faster and not freeze! Downloading data always needs to activate the conector where should be auto get data etc...
