It's a great app, very helpful with reviewing results, appointments and as a contact tool. There are times it's a little sluggish or non responsive, which is the reason for 4 stars. I'm not sure if it's the app or connectivity when it misbehaves, as sometimes restarting it will help improve it and other times it doesn't.

Pretty convenient, confidential, and overall, easy to navigate through except for the video chat feature. When you request a call back as I have twice, I never received a call back, each time. Got a referral and it was delayed due to clinic errors not mines and the representative acted as if she did not want to disclose her name, was also rude replying, "mhmm" at the end of the call. Very rude and harmful when dealing with patients and their health. Uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Can't continue because it gave three high school to choose from that I graduated from, non of which I did. Then it gave three social security last 4 digits to choose from, non matched, then former employer and one matched. Then came up with mortgage loans, I never had one and current car loan from 2018, never had any. I believe they have me mixed up with someone else and was never able to complete the process and open the app.

Usually MyChart has been great, but recently when I try to access more details, the system seems to have trouble loading information or buffering and no delivering information.

I have been using this app for years. I like it very much. Now I have a different medical group, and do not know how to change over to it from my old medical group. I can't find anywhere to do that on the site. It is my only complaint. If someone reads this and can call me that would be excellent.

I have had so much trouble with this app and even contacted the tech support to provide feedback and also asked to have a supervisor contact me over 2 weeks ago. No one has yet reached out to me and I continue to have issues. This app is horrendous and the company you e employee to manage and develop it is a detriment to your company.
Life is Good
Doesn't allow me to login or to reset password. I tried uninstalling, clearing the cache, everything and nothing seems to work.
