We have well over 100 phones around 3 states taking pictures in some remote areas. It crashes unexpectedly trying to take pictures whether we are offline or have cell communication. Not all of our phones are the same make or model. Frustrating for our drivers who deliver and are expected to take pictures of what was delivered when it only works part of the time

Worked fine until updated a few weeks ago. Changed picture talking to have 2 buttons (retry, ok). Now when I take photos at the jobs items it either logs me out and I have to do it again once or twice more OR CRASHES. You broke something that Worked. Now it sucks. Fix it please...

Takes too long to download pictures, I have to load them several times.

The app used to work perfectly before but now since a week ago it doesn't want to work, it starts fine but when I try to upload a picture it doesn't work and I already deleted it and installed again few times and nothing, did a clear data and clear cache and nothing works.

I liked it so when I got a signature it saved the delivery ticket number and I didn't have to scan it again to take pictures. And the key board pops up when you hit scan and you need to clear it to sign.

Buggy, crashes, slow, inconvenient software setup, got to click many buttons and pages to do simple tasks. Developers don't care about improving or fixing the system.

Every time I open this app, I go in expecting it to not load up after logging in. I'm actually suprised when it loads up like it should. I've been using this app for about 2 years now and it's not any different than it was then.
