Very convenient service and app for bus tickets. Search and booking is easy and really fast, routes and time selection are great, and there are bonyses for each ticket. This service aggregates offers from different bus companies and shows their ratings according to the real users' reviews. This is really helpful, as when I have to go by the bus with low rating (because of the issues that have to be fixed by the corresponding bus company), at least I'm prepared to the potential inconveniences.

The best app I could ever suggest for Europe! Whenever I plan to travel by bus this is my go to app. Best interface always timely and the amazing offers on the mobile app is amazing as I saved alot several times. I have been using this app for three years now. My only suggestion for the company is to add more routes. If you're travelling by bus then Infobus is the best choice!

After update an app crushes all the time. Forse stop, logout and cleaning cash and cookies helps sometimes, but it is so annoying.

Don't work properly. Every time you try to save a new passenger it changes their birth date and expiry date of pass. And you can't change this data because it doesn't save any changes in the saved passenger profile.

Absolutely a scam. Purchased bus r/t tickets from Sofia to Veliko Turnovo. Was promised a bus from one company, was picked up by another company with a very old bus. No wifi, no power, no bathroom, NO AIR CONDITIONING in 30°+ weather. Driver made random stops that weren't in schedule. Bus was late. Do not use unless you want the worst bus experience!
