Hahaa Can't log in. I tried to use this app maybe two years ago. I uninstaled it then. I tried now again, the same problem. Great company which cannot make even simple log in after so many complains 👍🏼

Generali is a trash company, never use it. Clown from Generali support responding that I should update my application to a new version, but I clearly stated in my previous review that there is NO new version of application in play store. I have LATEST version, and latest version of appl not working and giving me error suggesting to update application. Furthermore, support button in application NOT WORKING also with the same error. How stupid should be your developers to BLOCK SUPPORT BUTTON?

Shamefuly bad app. Generali has made all the effort to direct their customers onto the app and client portal even though half of the time they are simply not working. Why is Generali so blind to all these reveiews? I am sure money could not be the issue (for them to have a normal app) since their prices went ridiculously up!

I cannot log in, it keep telling me wrong password but it is not, I can login on web but not in app.
