I got a notification that I needed to upload info for my account. I uploaded the info that was asked, and the app didn't save my info, so now tenncare had stopped my insurance. Now, temcare wants me to go through the ordeal of reapplying, which if the app would have worked correctly in the first place, I wouldn't be having this stress on me. And now the app won't even work. I can't get it to load.

(Update. My problem was taken care of. I was able to create a new password. However there is still a problem with the message boxes being to small to read. I still have to enlarge so much I can hardly read it.) I am having a problem with signing in. They never accept my password even though it is Google saved. I also get tiny little boxes and text so I have to enlarge and then scroll side to side.

I'm getting the "incorrect password" error, even after resetting it MANY times. I get the same error on the browser version of the website, as well (using Chrome), even when I literally copy and paste the password onto both the reset page and the login page. I have tried reinstalling the app, made sure it was updated to the latest version. There is clearly a technical issue here on the part of TennCare, and no clear way to report it.

I want to know if anyone on the other end of this has actually tried to upload documents on the app or the website because Neither works, apparently for Anyone. First I tried the website and that didn't work, so I thought I would try the app. Nope. I tried from 3 different people's phones and still nothing. There's no option anywhere to actually chat or message with a real person or even troubleshoot. You must call and lose a min of 2 hours of your life or drive all over town looking for a fax

I've been trying to open a letter, they say I have there. I keep getting different error messages; Sorry system error, please try again, Your app is being updated, please wait for the update to finish and try again, You have no letters at this time. I have also tried to use the website version that was advised, and can't seem to get into it either! This has been going on for two days.

This app is very convenient for uploading documents, however, even after the documents have been uploaded I'm unable to view them and I'm still receiving new notifications that I need to submit the documents by a new deadline. I had to call TNCare to confirm they had received the documents (which they did) because the app is saying they did not. It may be convenient for submitting documents, but it's a bit inconvenient to not know whether or not they are being successfully submitted.

The only reason I gave this app a one star is because I had to give a rating. The app no longer works properly. I can not access any letters. It says I need to submit some documents but I have already submitted those. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now It keeps saying system error even though I'm trying to reset my password. This app is the worst.

This app is disappointing. It's supposed to allow me to read my documents online, but it won't open any of them. Literally. It's a bit frustrating to have installed an app for that purpose, only to have it take up unnecessary space on my phone. *Edit* The developers finally responded to my review. It only took a year, well 13 months. That just shows how well this team works on this app and for they people using it. To the developers, yes, I found a solution, I switched to paper documents.
